Who we are
GreenAcres Group ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal information collected when you sign in to our visitor Wi-Fi. [CONFIRM legal entity name, registered address and ICO registration number.]
What we collect
- Your first name, last name and email address.
- Your mobile number, if you choose to give it.
- Whether you agreed to receive marketing, the wording you were shown, and when.
- Technical information needed to connect you: your device's network (MAC) address, the access point and network name, the time, and the network address you connected from.
Why we use it
- To give you Wi-Fi access and keep the service secure. [CONFIRM lawful basis, e.g. legitimate interests.]
- To send you marketing emails, only if you ticked the box to agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Your Wi-Fi access does not depend on this.
Who we share it with
We use HubSpot to manage our contacts and emails, and Ubiquiti UniFi equipment to run the Wi-Fi. [CONFIRM processors and any international transfers and safeguards.]
How long we keep it
The Wi-Fi sign-in system passes your details to our contact database and then deletes its own copy. It keeps technical connection records, with no names or contact details, for 30 days for troubleshooting. [CONFIRM retention period for contact records in HubSpot.]
Your rights
